Hi,

Does anyone know about older (~80s) MB inks? I have two bottles, one is a plastic conical shaped one with a turquoise cap and has blueish turquoise ink in it, the other is the classic 'shoe' shaped glass bottle, black cap, with a greenish turquoise ink in it. Neither has a color name on it anywhere. I've dip pen tested them, but haven't put them in any pens (at least not lately; who knows what I may have done when I bought them). I bought them new way-back-when, but do not remember much about them.

My questions: Are they the same ink? Why the different bottles? Are they different kinds of ink? Or the same, just alternate packaging?

Thanks for your help. I have a little cluster of inks that I bought years ago and am slowly trying to see if they are worth keeping.
