Anyone have a recommendation for a moderately priced ultra sonic cleaner? Will be used for pen cleaning. Thanks. /Craig

Spend $80.00 on the smaller of the two models
Micro-Mark sells. You can get cleaners for less, but you get what you pay for. Cheaper cleaners, especially the ones with the controls on the lid, won't hold up.

Ditto Richards' comments. Bought one of the Micro Mart U-S cleaners when it was in the $60's -on sale I think. Have been using it for years and fnd it does what I need it to do to get pens and parts clean. It seems to be built well, has withstood a fall from a table a couple of times (unforunately caught the cord with my foot) and have had no problems with it. It fits my "umbrella theory of stuff"----you don't need it most of the time but when you do, nothing else will be as useful.

Probably this applies as "stupid question of the month", but anyway. How does one use an ultra sonic cleaner? Would I put in the section of, say, my sailor king of pen, start the thing, and get it all cleaned after some time? Ruud
