I already contacted Chartpak, but do I have any other options (not sending to Binder, don't wanna spend more money just to make it work)?
The tines are misaligned and I bent it back a little and its only a bit better. Thanks

Contacting Chartpack would be the best thing to do.
Pelikan has great customer service and they will fix the nib or switch it if it is a new pen.

Agreed, don't worry about a thing the service is so good, they sent my brother a new nib unit to exchange for his in advance of receiving the slightly misaligned , he did forward them a copy of his Pelikan reciept/dealer book.
