My Parker 51 pen has a "pump action" filler mechanism which is no longer working. Please will someone recommend a reliable repairer to me.

Depending on where you are located and how long you are willing to wait to get your pen back I can recommend the follow....
NOTE: They are not listed in order of preference.... just a listing of restorers I trust..
You should contact the ones you are interested in to see what their lead time is for repair... it will vary for each restorer...
I would also suggest contacting each restorer you are interested in and describing what you want done to the pen... ask questions if you are not sure about what needs to be done.
