I'm no expert and have never seen one quite like this. I do know that custom 51 caps can easily start at $350 without the pen. If this is the real-deal custom gold capped pen and pencil this buyer got a super deal.

I don't like it at all, but these specialized caps (it indeed it is solid gold) seem to fetch high prices.
