About two weeks ago I posted here asking for help with my Sheaffer Balance Aspen edition fountain pen which I carelessly dropped and cracked the cap. Thanks to Tryphon and Chainwhip who gave me some contact info, I sent it in and Sheaffer replaced the cap for free! Awesome. I think they also cleaned the pen or something, because the nib looks brand new. The only gripe I have is that while they gave me two new ink cartridges, they kept my converter :doh: Do they take a standard converter? Where would be a good place to pick one up? Other than that, I'm thrilled with their customer service. Well done, Sheaffer and thank you forum members.
