I saw a post here yesterday speaking of removing dents from silver and gold caps. Will the person who posted this subject please contact me? I have a sterling silver Sheaffer Imperial with a small dent in the top of the cap. The sides are perfect but I was told the cap liner would have to be removed for this repair.

I didn't see the post, so I don't know who that was. but Daniel Kirchheimer is a wizard at removing cap dents.

I will sure try. I have never posted pictures before, but may be able to get my son to instruct me.
