Starting a few years ago I started purchasing fountain pens according to what I liked.Well my collection is for the most part Sheaffers and the lesser 2nd tier pens.I purchased pen repair supplies and taught myself to resac lfs and repaired successfully a touch down model and then my health took another downturn and all was packed away.Inow have got another chance to start over. I have gotten alot of info from FPN but can you tell me where you would start as far as what models are most desirable these days as I hope to add to my SS income by restoring and selling .To give you an idea of what I mean imaging opening a closet (literaly)and all these pens slide out.Iwill welcome any advice and I'm sorry this is very confusing post. Thank you .God bless sm_cat.gif Gramakittycat

Well, i'd be happy to buy a few hundred nice vintage pens. Hmm... does that qualify as "advice" regarding "restoring and selling"?? wink.gif

As to stratifying pens, that can be a big undertaking. General rule is that better quality, larger, attractive pens by makers large and small known for good pens, will tend to outvalue those that do not meet the provided description.

After that... it's in the details smile.gif
