Ok, here's the list, so you don't have to guess anymore.

From left to right:
1) Early ca. 1936 pencil, with NO color indicator on top, and earlier two hole clip - This makes this one quite unusual.
2) Like #1 but with the black indicator on the cap. These are more uncommon with this style clip.
3-4) Model BWR and BWB series dollar pens with black and red indicators. Hard to find, but the most common style of this era.
5) Model NTW Thermometer case with red ends - Very hard to find!
6-7) Model HWB and HWR series dollar pens. Note there was no AW series made (at least that shows up in their catalogs). I have these in two different styles of imprints.
8) Unusual transitional series pen with red jewel and red end. This is the smaller SJ size, which I've seen a few of, but none of anything larger.
9) Model SJWG (?) nurse pen with green jewels. One of the hardest post 1948 nurse pens to find.
10) Model CH purse pen with black jewels, NOT a medical pen
11) Very difficult to find CA101 in white with a red dot on the top of the cap. I've never seen another one like this, and this one came to me minty in the box.

I'm missing a few of them, but this is a pretty good representation.
Best-
Brian
