Dear forumers,

Am delighted this weekend after getting a near mint vintage meisterstuck 142. The vintages have been my preference over the moderns ever since i got myself a piston filler celluloid 144. It writes wonderfully with smooth flow. I've been carrying it as my daily writer ever since. Would like to share my new pen with my fellow forumers happyberet.gif

The last photo taken side-by-side with my 144.

The rounded feed would indicate mid to late 1950s.

Thanks eric. Always very helpful.

To honest, i think the vintage meisterstucks are better in terms of smoothness of ink flow and durability of the body. thumbup.gif

I like my 342 now that I have one that's not black. smile.gif
It has a better feel to the body than the modern resin ones, I think.
