after reading all the posts here at FPN praising the rollabind hole puch, i purchased one back in june 11th. well... i'm still waiting for it. in numerous occasions, i spoke with Jack Feldman and Stephanie (i think she's Jack's wife) and every week, i guess they always forget they talk to me the week before, they would say my hole puch was getting in by thursday and they will ship between then and the following monday. finally they wouldn't answer my calls anymore so i call my bank and asked to get a refund from them... i got the money the next day!!

did anything like this ever happened to any of you out there??

that's really bad business!!!

Too bad. I've gotten most of my stuff directly from them and never had a problem. I did get my punch from Levenger though.

One supplier (other than Levenger) that has a good stockpile of Rollabind stuff now is Marco's Paper in Centerville, Ohio: http://marcopaper.com/rollabind.htm

He also has decent prices. And is a nice fellow!

Hope this helps.

Maybe I was just lucky, but I got all my stuff - including the punch - from Rollabind and got very good service. And saved money as compared to Levenger's prices.

i don't know about other dealers or reps from rollabind in the US, but i'll never buy from Jack Feldman.

I have purchased rollabind supplies from Marco Paper for over two years- excellent customer service! I got my punch from Levenger's also.

Marco Paper is an excellent resource. I met the owner a few years ago--a friendly, helpful owner and very reliable seller.

Glad to know of Marco. Still too late for me though, as I ordered from Levenger.

If what my searches are turning up is true, Rollabind is being phased out, and it will all be Levenger Circa soon. So, if you can still find the Rollabind, go for it. I won't look at Feldman, though, for the multiple complaints I've seen here.

Something is going on with Rollabind. Staples used to carry their notebooks - the smaller size and the 8.5 x 11, but they're being phased out as well. Did Levenger's buy them out so that Circa is the only option?

I have a Circa punch and need. more. discs. So I guess it's Marco Paper... thanks for the head's up of the phase out.

I just saw the Junior and Letter size Rolla notebooks at Staples (and bought a Junior). I believe the store stock is at the discretion of the manager, so perhaps a chat with them would make a difference.

For rings, Ebay has a few vendors selling at low prices. I do see punches there, from time to time, but they tend to close for retail price. I ended up buying mine from Levenger, with a coupon code and gift card.

I'm having problems too. I think they even lied about shipping one but UPS lost it, since they can't produce a tracking number and there was no reason to send two separate boxes. A week ago I sent them an ultimatum, and said that non-reply was not going to have me keep resending 'till they answer anymore but my next call would be Visa for a refund.
