I have always loved the bindings on any Moleskine notebook and I was satisfied with the paper. Well after reading so many reviews and posts about other papers I tried clairefontaine and rhodia, I think they use the same paper. Well all I can say is wow! I was amazed at the difference on everything from my Safari's to my Pelikin 600 fine nib. If only they were as available as Moleskine. I'll probably use mail order since I go through a lot of note books and journals for both personal use and at work. Now I just have to use up my small supply of Moleskine before I stock up on clairefontaine or rhodia. happyberet.gif

Does anyone know in the Princeton area of central NJ where I can get either brand notebook in a brick and mortar store rather than online? Shipping is always high on notebooks.

My local Crane store carries a selection of Clairefontaine and Rhodia. The Container Store also has a limited assortment of both products. Both are great papers.

Hello. Hinkson's in Princeton carries the full line of Rhodia and Clairefontaine. They are located right next to the parking garage downtown.
