I have acquired a set of these pens. I have searched the internet to find the type and how they function with no success. How were they used, do they have a name? They came with a stack of lettering guides, my only hint. Can someone educate me? Click to view attachment

Writco pens were used with plastic lettering stenciles foe Engineering drawings. I sold them for many years.

The person who gave them to me gave me a bottle of India Ink. How do you use the ink. The top knob regulates a plunger, if that is true where do you put the ink? Sorry to be so ignorant, but I am. Do they have a special name? Did they work well? Lee
