Just made my hotel reservation for myself and Penturner (Larry) for Saturday August 9.... will only be at the show on Saturday and part of Sunday and not as an exhibitor this year...
I will have some goodies for sale and trade with me, however....

Who else is going to the show and are people interested in meeting for dinner after the show....
I arranged the dinner set up last time and AM NOT doing it again this time wallbash.gif lticaptd.gif

If someone would like to take on that challenge, be my guest...
I suggest a restaurant with a general menu that all will like and affordable prices...
Also something very close to the hotel so driving is easy for all and no one gets lost (easy to do in that area)

I've lived in Montgomery County for a number of years now, but I've never been to the pen show- it seems that weekend is always my weekend to be out of town on vacation. It's looking like this year will be no exception too- it looks like I will be out of town again that weekend this year.

I will be there.
I'm taking a table to display and hopefully sell the Handmade Ebonite and Acrylic Indian made pens.
I'll have the Record/Devikas, as well.

I'd love to find a good SUSHI place.

Folks,

I'm planning on coming as well with my 2 oldest sons. I can't wait to meet some of you. I'm not sure if I'll do the dinner thing or not: probably will.

I was going to start another thread to get a roll call of who was going so I'd know who to look out for. Since I don't know what most of the people I keep in touch with here look like, how do we recognize each other if that's the case? blush.gif

Can't wait to meet some of you.

I would, if I could. A two-wheeled trip to Nova Scotia takes priority!

Friday is the only day I can make it, if they'll let me in.

Sakura just opened up down the street. It's a straight shot down the street from the Sheraton, about 5-15 minutes away (love that NoVA traffic). And it also does Hibachi.
