Hi

It has been 4 month already since I bought my last 1977 MB 149 in March. The pen has never failed me, never leaked and never had starting problems. This just proves that the 149 is a very good safe bet and a better product than many of its competitors. This 149 has also one of the most consistent and most semiflex to flex fine nibs I have ever written with. The 149 is the quintessential MB, it is very robust and very sturdy so yes I indeed recommend it.

regards

Hi georges

You dont need to tell me how gorgeous the MB 149 and reliable is.
I envy you that you found a 149 with such unique nibs.
My 149 has a regular F nib but it is still a wonderful writer (even though not as good as my Paragon...blah blah blah).

The 149 is the queen of the palace, its classic design and simple cigar shaped beauty+wonderful nibs no one else can match thumbup.gif
