In consequence I am unsure of what is at question, it does seem as though less 149s than 146s of this variant are offered for sale , and this is reflected in the market price but I see little strange with these pens
per se.
If anything is strange, it is that the Anniversary Limited Editions of 1999 do not consistently sell better than they do, even in relation to their SE counterparts. I think the editions' similarity and a lack of information contribute.
