I know there are a few Japanese online shops that sell them new. Problem is that they don't speak English and won't ship out of Japan, so direct shipping isn't an option unless you live in Japan. However, you can still get them if you use an intermediary service, but the end cost isn't cheap. You'll probably pay about $130-40. If you want the details, PM me and I'll send you a few links.

I found one a few months ago on eBay. New, and expensive at $110 + shipping. However, they are very hard to find so when I found one I didn't hesitate to buy it. Since then I've seen one other (on eBay again) for $130.

Good luck, its a great pen and to me was well worth the price.

I found and purchased one on eBay from a seller in Hong Kong. He also had "clear" pens in colors I've never seen in any offering in the States. Yes, pensinasia.com also has them, but I haven't gotten the price from Tay yet. They are rare and therefor expensive.
