You are absolutely right, Bryant, it's definately not a Montblanc pen!

Now even the seller knows and says:

BTW "Masterpiece" is a trademark of Sheaffer pens so Montblanc had to stop using "Masterpiece" for their export-pens during the 1950' and uses "Meisterstück" since then for all their 1st line pens.
