Funny how a frequently used pen can become your favorite, perhaps, simply out of familiarity. I've been using my Pelikan M1000 for quite a while as my "ultimate" pen and yesterday, switched over to my giant oversized Black Parker Duofold. As soon as that Duofold nib touched the paper, I realized the real gem was not the Pelikan but rather the Parker. Raves to the ancient Duofold and gorgeous nib!
