I waited to long to order Noodler's "Hunter Green" from Pendamonium. All the other bullet proof greens are also sold out. Where can I get a good BP green ink?

Or does Noodlers resupply quickly? I have no problem waiting a month but would rather not, or does it take longer for noodlers to make ink runs?

Hunter Green isn't a Pendemonium exclusive. You can get it at Swisher as well, and I'm sure there are plenty of other places that also carry it. That's the only idea that comes to mind because I don't know much about green inks.

I just skimmed the list in the Ink Review section and spotted another BP green- Bank Note. I don't have it but there are a couple reviews.

Also should look hard at Legal Lapis and the reviews. BP and a very interesting and popular ink. It's a Teal. Depending on the pen, the moon and stars, it's Teal, green, blue, blue-black. I like it very much... and if you get it you might as well grab a bottle of Violet Vote/Iraqi Indigo. I have several purple inks but VV/II is very enjoyable.

I resisted getting both LL and VV because everyone seemed to fawn over them. Finally bought, wish I'd done it sooner. Fawn, fawn, fawn.

In Near BP inks, I really like Air Corp Blue-Black... it's really dark teal or greenish. I usually add a bit of water to see more of the Teal/green.

She likes emerald greens to woodland shades. I've tried to get her to look at the sites color charts but she claims to not have the time... Bleh....

Has she seen the old Skrip Emerald Green?

I ordered some from www.bestpensonline.com. The red box is marked Ft. Madison, Iowa and is the old Skrip bottle with the inkwell in the top of the bottle, not the new Skrip that is being manufactured in Europe. It's a 2 oz. bottle for $5.20. Of course it isn't bulletproof...I believe only Noodler's has those formulas.

Bank Note was a Fountain Pen Hospital exclusive, if I remember correctly, and they no longer sell it. sad.gif Noodler's Hunter is really good, but if you want something brighter I would recommend an ink that was recommended to me: Noodler's Green Marine. I'll be ordering some very very soon. It's less mossy than Eternal Hunter.

And I'm not so sure I'd call Legal Lapis teal. I like to think of it as more of an antique blue. (Just agreeing with your pen/moon/stars statement thumbup.gif )

And I can't agree more with Aircorp Blue Black. I love it. But I love LL more. cloud9.gif

Sorry. Tangent. Try Green Marine.

Swisher Pens and ISellPens also sell Noodler's Hunter Green.

Though not totally bulletproof, maybe, but very much waterproof, there is Noodler's Verdun from Swisher Pens, as well. I can't remember if Lakeshore Spruce was just waterproof, too. Swisher has several inks by Noodlers under their name and Noodlers as exclusives.

Marine Green is also almost-bulletproof - its a very saturated forest green color too!
