While looking for something to go along with purchase of Pilot Iroshizuku asa-gao (Morning-glory)
I wanted to find some info on pens I was looking at.

Is this the same as the Workhorse I read about at FPN?

1) To answer your question: YES. The first pen in the article is the PGB-3000, which is the same as what is advertised on that ebay auction. Note that the price of shipping is almost half the value of the pen from Ujuku, so it isn't all that much of a screaming deal, but it does look like a lower price option to buy from Ujuku via ebay.

2) Your post probably was supposed to go into the "Pens from the Land of the Rising Sun" forum, not the ones from Italy...that's okay, we all make mistakes.

3) Links don't work when on multiple lines, but that is fixable, too, with some cut and paste action.

Good luck!

Thanks for going the extra mile and answering my post, George!

Didn't intend to make following the links extra work,
wanted to make the PGB3000 part of both pens stand out.
(on second URL, even though it was split in the compose window,
it would have posted together if I had left it alone?)

Also thanks to the person who moved question to where it belongs embarrassed_smile.gif

Note that if you purchase multiple items directly from Ujuku they don't tack on $12 for each item, rather they figure shipping for the whole shipment. I found their shipping price to be pretty good esp. since we couldn't resist and got one of the pretty, but heavy, Iroshizuku ink bottles. Oh, there's ink in there, too? Bonus!

Seriously, though, note on their 'home page' the multiple item link. You can't get to it from individual items and there is no shopping cart.

Thanks, excarnate and yes, send them a message when combining orders or other questions.
Responsive, helpful. Like you said, shipping from Japan is $16 for ink and $17 for ink and pen!
