There are some specialist pen polishes but if you already have some car polish especially Super Resin Polish by Autoglym, then I would try that as a start. I use it regularly with good results.

I use Semichrome polish for most of my cleaning/polishing. It will take fine scratches out, but Tryphon has products especially for plastic ( and Lacque is a form of plastic). They have , pen polish, pen cleaner, scratch remover and a combo. polish kit.

As long as the Simechrome doesn't have anything in it that will harm the Lacque
I think I will try that. I have seen it here in town and have used it before but
mostly for motorcycle uses.

Thanks you for your suggestions,
