This dual mode, fine/medium made me curious. Hopefully it wont be to "harsh"

Have been looking for a Profesional GEAR for some time, thought this would be a nice tester thumbup.gif

Think this vintage SaliorK21 was a nice compact.

Il post impressions after I recieve these.
Am also looknig for a nice Vanishing Point, any recomendations?

I have previously had Waterman, Parker, Pelikan and Lastly LAMY. Am quite happy with the 2000 series. The ones under are my current "dailies"

Congrats! I got the yellow demo slim version; it's not as nice as I expected, and I was thinking of selling it actually. Demo is probably not my cup of green tea. BUT you may think different! Hope you like yours!

Coldnt you just replace the nib, have seen the variety on rautken. music, oblique ...
Or is it the transplarent part and casing you are not fond of?
Have asked for a Converter, so i can draw ink like my other pens.

Like all the other Sailors the nib is super. It's the transparent part that I don't like. With a cartridge it looks plastic, and cheapish; I even tried different color inks, but it still didn't look nice. It's not as bad tho I'm picky that's all. I'd definitely get a converter with it - it looks much nicer because the converter seems to fill up the plastic cavity that a cartridge would leave, and makes it look much nicer.

Congratulations on your Sailor. I have a full size 1911 and a Pro Gear, both very nice pens. thumbup.gif

I've got a Sapporo on the way.... Cheers!

I have a Sapporo and a 1911 and both are excellent writers. The former with a Fine nib, the later with a Medium nib.
