Hi everyone,

Just picked up a nice Black lacquer and Silver trim Expert II ball point as an everyday pen. Love it! One thing I do find a bit detracting is the shiny and reflective butt end. Is there a way to have this replaced/engraved?

I cannot imagine how one would replace this distinguishing feature -- it is, after all, part of the pen's design, part of what defines the pen -- and I don't see what engraving this feature would accomplish.

I own an Expert II ballpen as well. I'm not crazy, especially, about the beveled top -- one fall upon a hard surface and it is easily disfigured, as I've found out the hard way, twice -- but it really does seem like such a small thing to be concerned about.

Unless the reflection produced by this shiny spot is blinding to the degree that you are unable to hold a conversation or keep your car on the road, I honestly wouldn't worry about it.
