Neenah seems to have an exceptional "blues" selection and it's all 24#.

They also have sample ordering.

If anyone has any pastel color(s) of these papers, could you check and see
if you can see a guideline under them for me? Even if you have to draw
a sharpe line on some scrap paper and slide it under it.

I have not used the pastels, but the Natural White is not hard to see guidelines through. The colored papers seemed to be similarly opaque when I looked at them in the store.
