I am noticing a distinct difference (in texture, etc.) between the front side of a page and its back side with both Clairefontaine and Rhodia paper. I know they're one and the same and all. My question is, more specifically, is there an actual difference between each side of a page? Has anyone else noticed this?

Maybe I'm crazy. Actually, I am quite probably crazy. Whether or not the foregoing observation is part and parcel of my looniness, however, remains uncertain... That's where y'all step in. So? Whats the verdict?

Don't panic! You're not going potty. All paper has a 'right' and 'wrong' side, just part of the manufacturing process. I forget the correct term for it now. More noticeable on some papers than others.
