Hi all -

Two weeks ago, I won an eBay auction from Pens N More, and am having trouble communicating with them to confirm that my purchase has been shipped. I have sent two emails to their customer service address in the last 48 hours, and have received no reply.

The USPS tracking number that Pens N More sent me has been showing the following message for several days:
The U.S. Postal Service was electronically notified by the shipper on June 30, 2008 to expect your package for mailing. This does not indicate receipt by the USPS or the actual mailing date. Delivery status information will be provided if / when available. Information, if available, is updated every evening. Please check again later.


Does anyone have any experience with Pens N more on eBay? I don't mind if shipping takes awhile, but after two weeks, I would think that USPS would at least have some sort of delivery status.

I purchased from them over a year ago, and the transaction went off without difficulty. Don't remember what I bought, but it was smooth, and shipped quickly.

I bought a couple of pens from them early this year. The shipment was quick. But then I found one of the pens had a couple of deep scratches. So I contacted them for an exchange. But since they did not have another one in stock, they immediately offered me full refund that included return shipping fee when I sent them back the pen. So that's what I did and my account was credited within a week.
