Anyone know if richardinboulder on ebay is a FPN member or anyone have any experience buying from him? He has some pens listed that seem to have been well taken care of in restoration along with good descriptions of work done.

Richard here. Yes, I'm a member of FPN. I'm not sure if I should vouch for myself or not...

I specialize in Sheaffer pens, especially Snorkels and Touchdowns. I'm currently learning how to repair Vac-Fils, but so far I'm only repairing them for my own collection, not for sale.
