I sent Pelikan Customer Service a Pelikano to exchange the nib size last Friday. Today, I received an e-mail that my pen will be shipped back to me by FedEx. And best part, they didn't even charge me anything for shipping or time, unlike Waterman who took 3 weeks and $10. <_<

yup - they're great folks there with usually incredible turn-around. I was amazed when they shipped something to me overnight at no cost. Another reason I love my pels - I know I'll get great service if I ever have a problem.

I sent them a GO that I totally bent the nib on by dropping it on a tile floor. They called me yesterday to let me know it had to be sent to Germany and it would be about 3-4 weeks and wanted to know if that was OK... and that it would be sent back to me FedEx when returned...
OK... it is more than OK especially since I was the one that damaged the pen in the first place...
