The prices on Fleabay are tad more than I consider "reasonable".

I think you want a 9788 (rather than a 9778). The 9788 is the flexible medium. Easy typo to make, what with the doubled numbers and all.

And, yes, $40 is a little steep, but I hear the nib is a lot of "fun". I'm awaiting the delivery of my commissioned Red Esterbrook DJ with the 9788 to try it out. Hopefully it'll arrive by Friday.

I got mine for under $35 shipped here, but I'm actually enjoying the 2048 better, wish I could find a 9048.
