University Bookstore in the U-Dist has a large selection of Rhodia and Clairfontaine products.

They had a couple of the black ones at a small art store behind the mac store on 45th street by the UW, when I was there a couple of weeks ago, I think they were 1.50 or so there. kind of hard to see since they are so small, but they were on a rotating
rhodia display rack on the top shelf

as for other rhodia products, Paperhaus on 1st ave, and this store has some rhodia and clairfontaine notebooks, but neither have the tiny ones you are looking for.

Yep, U Bookstore will definitely have it. I saw the teeniest one for $1.50 at the HUB earlier this week.

If there is a Container Store there, they sell Rhodia pads and notebooks.
