excuse my ignorance. but, that R, where can i find more info on 'those'?
i know ive read about them somewhere but cant for the llife of me remember what theyre called?
any places where i can find info on learning to write/draw them?
The letter 'R' is from :-
Historic Alphabets and Initials, Woodcut and Ornamental edited by Carol Belanger Grafton.
It was printed and published in USA by Dover Publications ISBN 0-486-23480-0
The aphabet which dates from the tenth century, is from an illuminated German bible, and is shown,
complete, in black & white.
My copy is very old, but I believe that it's still in print.
