Nice review. These reviews are, IMO, very helpful.
You mention you have tried many reds. I am curious, is there any bright deep red like Nakita or Widow Maker that seems easier to clean out than any other red? thanks, jc

I've really only tried the Noodlers Reds. I suppose I exaggerated a bit in the review. None have been real easy to clean out though.

I can't recommend Nikita enough if you're looking for a bright true red. I love it, myself.
Plus I get that cool pen!
this scan really doesn't look like i've seen Nikita in real life.
could you perhaps include comparisons to inks other than Bulletproof Black? Try some different colors that many people have, like Legal Lapis, or Florida Blue...
I personally find comparisons much more useful than these cookie-cutter reviews, with the exception of reports of feathering, bleedthrough, dry time, etc.

I totally agree with this too. Maybe it's our computers or something.
Anyway, Nikita is more of an older tinted red in my opinion. But with a broad or a brush pen, the Nikita likes to stand out.
The Platinum Preppy with the Nikita is nice too. But either case, I'm trying to sell mine. Too many reds!

Sorry for the late responses. Sorry if it doesn't look like Nikita on your screens. Unfortunately part of the problems with doing scanned in reviews (or even photos) is that everyone's monitors is calibrated differently. The best I can do is try to make it as close as possible on my monitor. As for doing comparisons of other colors I can try to work some of those in. I'm doing these reviews during my lunch hour at work, so i just don't have a ton of time to do an extremely thorough review. I made the template to speed things along. I did the black as a standard color because I figured if it looked black on your screen then chances are the color being reviewed would be pretty close.
Things have been pretty hectic at work so I haven't been able to get more up. Not to mention I have 18 more that need to still go up from another member.

On my monitor it looks exactly like the Nikita I use every day.
Obviously, monitors can be calibrated differently.
