Hi everyone, I just stumbled upon this mint in box Waterman Opera FP for auction on Ebay. This is from one of my favourite sellers and the price is still reasonable so I thought I might share - I know lots of people on FPN are interested in this pen! But hurry, only 2 hours left

Alas, it sold... before I saw Feiye's post. These are great pens, and this one sold for a suprisingly low price.

I *looks around furtively* am actually not all that fond of these pens but I know that many here love the Opera. I only just stumbled on it yesterday evening with 2 hours left, kind of wish I came onto it earlier - but who knows, it may have just sent the price sky high then!

I have the RB version of this pen. I have had it many years; I bought it when when either Straw's or Macy's was getting rid of their stationary dept. I was only buying RB pens at that time. I am very happy with it! Someday I may splurge and get the FP.
I believe this is a carbon-fiber pen. That's what I was told, and it appears to be from the barrel design. Someone correct me if I am wrong!
