Can anyone tell me who made the Tilt O Matic ballpoint pen, and when?

I found one in a little box of odds and ends, that was Mom's. The other things in the box, were from the 1950's.

Then again, there is a Wearever pen, pencil combo in there too, and it has a note that says 1930's. So, it's anybody's guess, and I know nothing about pens.

Just wondering about this Tilt O Matic...interesting little pen.

Can anyone help me?
