Hi all,
After buying lots of pens and going through a lot of reading here, I want a pen made in sterling silver.
Anybody willing to help me out on this, please PM me.
Thanks.

I am not sure what you want but making a silver pen is not simple nor cheap and to make only one is exponentially more expensive.
The best way to create one is to make a wax model and have it cast. Otherwise to buy 6 inches of 1/2 inch silver rod is over $350.

I have posted here keeping this in mind.

Well I assumed incorrectly that you were not aware of the cost and commitment. Sorry about that.

Can a custom sterling cap be made only from shaving solid rod stock? What about swaging, either up or down, from a standard size of silver tubing? Or perhaps spinning down oversize tubing stock over a mandrel?

Those are production methods that are both capital and process intensive. The swaging requires a special press and mandrels/jaws and spinning requires special machinery and a secondary operation to apply a texture or surface decoration.

Abhik,
I have seen that..........beautiful pen.I had to choose between that and the Onoto Centenary............I bought the Onoto that time.

Henry Simpole, the craftsman who makes Conway Stewart overlays, also creates bespoke silver overlay pens. You can design the imagery that you want on the overlay and get it added to almost any pen you like. I have no idea of the prices, but you can take a look at his website and contact him if this interests you. In his image gallery, you can see bespoke Duofold, MB, Conway Stewart and others.
