Hello all,

I bought a Pilot 823 Custom last week with Medium nib hoping it would write at least as wide as my other Japanese medium - Sailor 1911. Instead I received a nib that is super-smooth, but writes a line less than half the thickness of the 1911 - too fine for my tastes.

I would either like to trade in my nib section for a broad section or would like to buy a used/new nib section with the Broad Nib for the Pilot 823 Custom. I already inquired at the dealers and so far have not got any positive replies.

Would anyone happen to be in a position to help me out here?
