there is a seller on eBay called luanne870 who was selling them...but to US bidders only
(I know because I was interested in getting it for my Mickey Mouse fountain pen collection).

Long shot here- but what about contacting a Sheaffer rep or Sheaffer itself? Sometimes they have old, unsold pens and parts around.
