My quest for "older" Bexleys continues. Specifically I'm looking for the following:

Original
DecoBand
Cable Twist

Nevertheless, if you have any out-of-production Bexleys that you're considering selling please let me know. As before, colour and nib size are not important, but condition is and I'm looking only for those in excellent or better condition. Payment would be by way of a US$ money order, issued by JP Morgan Chase, or if you're a UK-base seller I can pay with a personal cheque in Pounds Sterling drawn on HSBC Bank in the UK. Naturally I wouldn't expect you to ship the pen until the MO is received or the cheque has cleared. Many thanks especially to those members who have already contacted me.

Rufus, check out the Martini Auctions. A couple of cable twist goodies on offer.

"judperl", a reliable ebay seller, has been offering the Prometheus, NOS. The pen is a nice piston-filler. The one offered now is an unusual color, but, when this is sold, judperl may still have the orange or the cracked ice in his stockpile. Larger than most Bexleys, and with a larger nib, it won't take the standard Bexley nib.

Have you tried contacting Dennis Bowden at Parkville Pen? He might be able to help you.

Thanks for the suggestion, but Dennis and I have had many lengthy exchanges. In fact I bought one of his yellow Flat Tops, #2; modeled after the Original, but I still want an original Original.
