I found a few Waterman pens which were Made in India. These pens are marked Waterman's 63, India. The pens are ED fillers.
I have taken some snaps of the pen:
Capped:

Opened:

The clip is spring loaded, easy to use and has a very peculiar shape.

The cap markings and the logo with a W inside an oval.

The barrel marking: Waterman's 63 India

The barrel end jewel:

The nibs are like the Pilot fingernail nibs... I found two nib variants: the first marked: Waterman's INDIA GOLD 2

...and the other marked Waterman's 14Ct W-2 *

The nib underside:

Nib removed from one of the pens:

Feeder views:

The nibs have a bit of flex/springiness to them.
I would like to know more about this 63 model if anyone has any inputs...
Thanks in advance,

I have seen a few of them. I think they are from late '40's to '50's
(not sure about it, but heard so from pen dealers). Apparently at the
wartime Swan and Waterman pens were produced in India. The Swans were of
excellent quality, can't say the same for the Watermans, because all the
examples I have seen was in very bad condition, so I don't have one,
and can't comment on their quality. These pens could have been produced under
license, because they differ very much from the known waterman models.
Looking forward to any info provided for these here.
The examples you have found seems to be very good ones. And as always,
excellent photos. Congrats.
One point, these pens tend to be lever fillers because in Indian
climate these is the most durable filling system. No trashed sacs
or diaphrams.Good for us
