That's a Regency Stripe slim model - number 675s, I believe. I always thought the striped pattern was well suited to the Targa.
(Vertical stripes are always slimming, anyway.)

I think it's actually gold with raised black lines. Seems to me Sheaffer made these by lacquering the entire pen black and then engraving in to reveal the gold (brass?) underneath. Almost a Maki-e technique.

Had a stainless steel Targa that was given to me. I tried it but didn't like it;too thin for my hand. Sold it on fleabay for a small amount of pocket change...........
