Great review, and on my monitor the color is showing up true.
I'm in the same boat: I bought this ink with the impression that it would be a dark, dark green (it's called ebony green, right?). Although it shades dark, the lighter parts are a decided bright green.

I use Ebony Green in one of my pens and it is much darker than in this scan. Given what I see on the page when I write, the name is appropriate. It is a very dark green for me.

What size nib are you using out of curiosity?

I am using this in a pelikan 800 fine point and the line is much darker than the line in the sample attached. I think my bottle is darker.

I'm glad there's others chiming in. Just to confirm as well though I'm looking at my screen as well as the actual ink review. It's the same, that's the crappy thing about having 1000 different monitors!

Sorry, just found this. It's in a Visconti Van Gogh with M nib.
