Full Version: Old Sheaffer fountain pen

Very new to this forum and the first thing to say is I know little about pens other than they're great for writing.... lticaptd.gif
We've been clearing out a bedroom and came across this in one of the cupboards.
It belonged to my wife a fair time ago - I think very early '60's and it says it's a Sheaffer, which is a name even I know.

Does anyone know the model by any chance?
The refill says it is a pushbutton type ( 3 x to charge the ink).
Don't suppose it's made any more. Probably still works if given a clean.

WAIT!!!........ i guess it's NOT!!!!!!... sorry, it looks different than the pictures of the actual pens, but it looks almost exactly like the one in the add!!!
