The Tokyo Collection is one of the really interesting Omas collections of the 1990's. This collection was designed by the Italian architect and designer Ettore Sottsass. All available colors are shown in this picture:
  • Lychee Nut Green
  • Viridian Green
  • Blue Navy
  • Classic Black
  • Persimmon Orange
  • Blue Navy

The Lychee Nut Green fountain pen was one of the first Omas pens I bought. Only knowing traditional black and burgundy pens before this color and design was and still is striking.

The Tokyo collection was introduced in 1993 and was available unti c. 2000

Omas Tokoy fountain pen were offered with either 18K gold nibs or gold plated steel nibs. Even this pen was not very expensive when originally issued but it seems that this pen will become of future classic pretty soon.

I am the happy owner of a black Omas Tokyo and, besides being a lovely pen (mine has the 18 kt nib), the packaging is also impressive.

Oh yes, these are sooo beautiful. Thank you for posting the pictures. Someone was selling one recently for a good price, but I missed it. I want the Lychee Nut and the Veridian! Did these pens also come in white-metal trim, or am I imagining that?

Only gold colored as far as I know.
