Anyone ever have to fill out a Toxic Substances Control Act form for a domestic, U.S. online pen purchase?

I've been a little gunshy about this seller who specializes in watches. But an Aurora Ipsilon DeLuxe for $126 has me curious. Just as I had quelled my fears and was about to hit the button, I saw a disclaimer requiring TSCA form compliance as a condition of sale. They are based in L.A. so as it pertains to me, this is a domestic transaction. Am I missing something?

They are based in LA, but the goods they sell are grey-market and come from Asia. I don't know if that's the reason why you would have to fill out this form, but it's possible. It's worth noting that they are not authorized dealers for any of the goods they sell.

Thanks, David! I suspected as much, I had emailed them a couple days ago and never heard back from them. I'm still a rookie and learning my way around the big world of authentic fountain pens. Maybe I'll just call Pam back and add that one to my order.
