Yes, see Swisher's online store. The Sterling nib is the same size as the 1911 and the ProGear. The sections just screw into the other bodies. If you want to only take the nib section, you can unscrew the nib unit from the section ( there is some gunk on the threads to prevent this from happening, but you can do it, regardless with some force (but not too much!)). I think the new nibs are $114 or so.
Alternately, you could trade for one. What are you looking for? H-EF? H-F? Gold, two-tone, rhodium?

Thanks, George. At least now I know the 1911 nibs are all interchangeable.
I don't have plans to trade the italic nib. The previous owner told me this is a nib Binderized sometime in 2004. Although there are no paper documents, the nib writes well (but too wide for normal writing).
