Fellow members,

My collection consists of Waterman, MB, Parkers & Cross pens. I would lie to get a FP with a EF or F nib and am looking for a Japanese brand. As I know next to nothing about such pens I would be grateful if others could provide some advice. My only criteria is that it should be a snap fit cap, intermes of size etc the parker sonnet is a suitable size. Also needs to be a work horse pen..however the southpaws attachment is perfect!! but without the engravings.. (Southpaw, apologies for using your picture, but it is a gorgeous pen!!)

My thanks in advance.Click to view attachment

I would suggest getting a pen from the Pilot custom series, just like the engraved one on the picture. They come on all kinds of materials (resin, wood, sterling, steel) and they are fantastic pens to use. You can certainly get one for less than $100 and you will love it, i am pretty sure of that.

Do a search for Cyberpens. They sell a range of Pilot pens and are based in UK. Richie from Cyberpens also posts on FPN.
