Can we make a list of any online retailers that don't charge shipping? So far the only one I can think of is cutepens.com, whose free shipping takes FOREVER (still waiting for my pens to arrive, in fact!). I'm in Las Vegas and, as has already been discussed, all we have is Paradise Pens and some teeny-tiny store at the Wynn. I just really need a bottle of Noodler's Black ink, and shipping tacks on too much to the price for my starving-student budget sad.gif I mean, I don't mind a $10 bottle of ink, but when shipping adds $5+ to the price, that little bottle of ink isn't so cheap anymore!

Thanks a lot, guys!

P.S. If this is the wrong forum for this question, mods, please move it smile.gif

Trust me, 5 dollars for shipping doesn't seem so bad when it cost you $9 to drive there. smile.gif

Ah, but I have a Prius, so I get like 50mpg, and therefore (if I do the math right, which I almost certainly won't), it only costs me $2.38 to go down to the Strip (about 7 miles from my house).

Can any online store beat this amount? roflmho.gif I need to buy online since the stores on the Strip don't have Noodler's ink!

Ahh, well you got me there. I drive a big gas guzzling Cadillac. But it is a 6spd stick shift, so that saves a little on gas.

Jetpens.com and jstationery.com both have free shipping over $20 or $25, but neither carries Noodlers. I have not ordered from either, but I check there for pricing on some Japanese pens which are not widely available in the US.

I am in a similar quandary; I would love to get some of the inks I see on websites or read about in the forum, but the shipping is frequently higher than the ink itself. The only store in the Dallas area is Paradise Pens, about $8 in gas away from where I live. One bright spot is that the semi monthly Saturday morning breakfast of the Dallas Pen Club meets at the Sheraton Galleria, which is around the corner from the Galleria, where Paradise is located, so I could easily stop there on the way home.

Riiigghht...if you're shifting at 1800 RPM (which I never do in a car like that) cool.gif
