I have two Nelsons, and they are good looking pens that write well. I think they are a bit heavy though and would like to take out the brass tube that weighs them down. Have you removed the tube from your Nelson, and if you did, how did you do it?

If the pens are too heavy for you, the easiest solution is to sell them and buy two Churchills instead!
