Good evening,
I am looking for fountain pen friendly white plain and ruled paper inserts for my Mulberry Agenda and Pocketbook.
I have been using the cream coloured Mulberry inserts that tend to feather FP ink and show up on the other side. Used a ballpoint previously but thought a change would be nice.
The paper dimensions are:
Agenda - length of paper 21cm by 15cm width . The first metal ring tab is at 4cm down from top of paper followed by 2 more tabs 2cm apart each. Likewise 3 more tabs from the bottom (total 6 tabs).
Pocketbook - length 12cm by 8cm width. First ring tab 1cm down from top of paper. Followed by 5 tabs 2cm apart (total 6 tabs).
Have asked around locally (Singapore) but salesperons are not certain. Inserts come blister packed so testing is not possible.
Also is there an adjustable punch available so I can make my own inserts - have 2 large boxes of Strathmore paper I could use.
All help is greatly appreciated. Many thanks.

Those sound like Filofax personal and pocket sizes. Did you mean to say hole instead of tab? Filofax personal is 6 rings in two groups of three, 6.75 inches by 3.75 inches. Filofax pocket is 6 equally spaced rings, described as 4.75" by 3.25", though I don't remember when they started it so it may have been defined in metric. Other companies do the personal size by other names, and other American companies do the pocket hole arrangement on paper that's 3x5, likely to match index cards.
The Japanese call the bigger one bible size and the smaller one mini, I think.
It also sounds like the help at your store doesn't. They should have paper out for you to try with ink.
I can't help with the paper itself. All the paper I've used, Filofax (probably later made in China), Mead filler paper, some Daytimer, and some Paperchase made in China show through, but none of them feather.
Filofax sells an even more expensive cream colored cotton (25% content?) paper. I'd hope for it to work better, but I've never tried it.
You'd need two paper hole punches, unless they have one with really good adjustable holes. Do you have a paper trimmer?

Many thanks for taking the time Kernando.
Yes I do mean holes. Sorry for the confusion.
The inserts I have looked at are the generic types. I'll take a look at genuine Filofax inserts like the ones you suggested.
As I do have access to an industrial type paper trimmer I could have FP friendly paper trimmed and punch the holes myself.
Now, if only I can find an adjustable paper punch. Remember seeing one in one of the Levenger/Hammacher Schlemmer type catalogues but for the life of me I can't recall.
